Meet Hind Ayouni
Founder & CEO | HA Capital Consulting
For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of finance, banking, lending, risk and business growth. But some of my most valuable lessons about building a business came from being an entrepreneur myself.
I understand the reality behind the numbers — managing cash flow while investing in growth, choosing between competing opportunities, accessing capital without giving away too much too soon, and making high-stakes decisions while protecting what you’ve already built.
It led me to one question that now sits at the heart of HA Capital:
How do we fund growth today while building the company for where it wants to go tomorrow?
That question inspired the HA Capital Growth Funding Framework™ — an integrated approach that meets innovative companies where they are and builds the financial roadmap to take them from growth stage to scalable, investable and globally positioned.
We strengthen the financial foundation, uncover non-dilutive funding opportunities, structure the right capital strategy and prepare companies for investment — then help turn that capital into commercial momentum, strategic partnerships and measurable growth.
Today, companies working with HA Capital are using this approach to create stronger financial foundations, unlock new opportunities and accelerate their next stage of growth.
But my vision has always gone beyond funding.
I developed our Market Entry Strategy Framework to help ambitious companies translate growth into international opportunity — combining market intelligence, strategic positioning, capital readiness and high-value relationships to enter new markets with purpose.
A growing part of my work is dedicated to bringing Canadian innovation to the global stage, building strategic bridges across the UAE, Europe and Francophone markets and connecting companies with investors, institutions, partners and commercial opportunities.
Because global expansion isn't simply about opening doors. It's about knowing which doors matter, being ready when they open, and having the strategy to turn access into sustainable growth.
From growth stage to scalable. From scalable to global.
